The company called in for an interview the day after I applied. The process was very quick, I went into the store and met the general manager. He asked me the typical interview questions. This was my first job at 16 years old and I was very nervous, but the GM made me feel very welcomed and calm.

What is one of your personal strengths and one of your weaknesses?
Easy process. Overall easy going job but low pay and can be busy at times. Created great friendships with the boss and a few co workers since most of the time there was only two people there

Entrevista
I was sat down and asked questions about myself in a possible manner in the middle of the restaurant as people dined around me. I was then instructed to cut bread so they could see how well I could do.
Easy flow, face to face and they are quite patient with you. The manager are understanding if it's your first time and let you through the flow of the process
