Candidatei-me pessoalmente. O processo levou 2 dias. Fui entrevistado pela Subway (Austin, TX) em mai. de 2013
Entrevista
It was simple enough; I applied via an application and handed it in to the manager. A day or so later, I was given a phone call asking me if I could come in for an interview. I went into the store, had the interview with the owner and co-owner, answered general questions about why I wanted the job, what kind of worker I was, how I felt about Subway's products, etc. I left feeling good about the interview and got another call about two days later saying I got the job. Then I was put on the schedule about a week later. It was a pretty simple process and I was hired pretty quickly.
Fiz uma entrevista na empresa Subway (Barnsley, South West England, England).
Entrevista
I was sat down and asked questions about myself in a possible manner in the middle of the restaurant as people dined around me. I was then instructed to cut bread so they could see how well I could do.
Easy flow, face to face and they are quite patient with you. The manager are understanding if it's your first time and let you through the flow of the process
Very simple and straightforward. Normal questions like availability, have you worked in food service before, etc. I think it depends on location though since friends at other locations have had more substantive or less substantive interviews.
