Entrevista
I was contacted by a regional manager shortly after submitting my application, and we met at a local store. I provided my resume having no prior (formal) work experience at 16 years old, but a high school diploma. Very quick (~10 minute) and simple interview, and I started the job two days later.

Questions that were asked were "Why do you want to work here?", "What are your strengths?", "What is your availability?", etc.
Easy process. Overall easy going job but low pay and can be busy at times. Created great friendships with the boss and a few co workers since most of the time there was only two people there

Entrevista
I was sat down and asked questions about myself in a possible manner in the middle of the restaurant as people dined around me. I was then instructed to cut bread so they could see how well I could do.
Easy flow, face to face and they are quite patient with you. The manager are understanding if it's your first time and let you through the flow of the process
