After applying, I got a phone call asking me to complete an assessment. It took about 1/2 hour and it was a lot of situational questions. A couple days later, I got another call asking me to come in for an interview. The interview was very relaxed and the two people I interviewed with were very pleasant and informative. I had to take a Wonderlic test which is an intelligence test.
