They called all the candidates around 9:30 am. The process was really slow and they had no idea of how they are going to conduct a drive. First round was an aptitude test which was really easy. Second round was a technical which included questions majority from life and also about the current role I was in. I performed well in that interview. Next, I was called by the HR to discuss CTC, ECTC and notice period. She asked me if could join early since my notice period is 2 months . I confirmed on doing that by using my earned leaves and she even asked the number or earned leaves I have. I assured her that I’d talk to my manager and get my joining early for Sunlife. Now it’s 4 pm . It’s almost 6 hours and they can’t take anymore interviews. The HR told me you have been shortlisted. I’d call you back if we need another round only because it’s 4:30 and their shift is about to get over. I confirmed with her if should expect a call. She said yes. Now , I get no response so I decide to mail them back. I get a mail you are not shortlisted and we have hired someone else.
