Initial communication was simply a job advert in the workplace which I saw as I was a part-timer. I received a letter setting an interview date. I was interviewed by the Deputy Editor and the Chief Executive. It was a comprehensive interview which focused largely on my expectations of the job, my intentions if I were hired and my hopes for the future with the company. It was the only interview. Two weeks after, I was informed I had been successful and was invited to sign a contract.
