I was asked a few questions related to the general troubleshooting of computers, nothing to technical. I appreciated the types of questions because at the time I had very little experience and nothing was asked that made me nervous. For example, if a computer does not power on or show any indications that it is receiving power, what is the first thing you would think of to check?
