I applied online and was contacted the next day by a secretary to set up an interview the following day. When I arrived I was asked to fill out another application. When I met with the interviewer he started the interview by saying "You can relax, this will be the easiest interview you've ever been to." He proceeded to tell me about the fast growth of the company so far and asked me if I would be interested in starting my own business. I told him if the right opportunity came up I would. He then went on to explain how this has potential to be huge. He asked me few questions about my qualifications and invited me to a follow up interview later that day. I showed up and it was a group presentation with me and 3 other employees where he took us to a hardware store to show us what they do and explain the pay system. Was then offered a position the next day after they performed a background check.
