First interview - 40 minute Zoom call with some high-level technical questions (trade offs, when to use which type of solution for which problem, etc). Second intreview - an in-person whiteboarding/system design session (which I feel like I've nailed). Third interview - a personal interview with the CEO. Extremely pleasant interview experience overall, both the technical staff and the recruiter were very friendly and made a great impression on me. I got a pretty generous offer but decided not to take the job for personal reasons - but I'm sure I'd be happy if I did!
