First there was 45 minutes of presentation on Sutherland on their behalf. Then we wrote a 30 mint, test which contained 4 very easy questions to answers. Then the GD round, where we got the topic, to speak about the favourite childhood memories of ours. Then the HR round.

Well it happened in our college actually they offered 17k so we guys are not much interested to attend this interview but we only attended to gain some experience. So they said that interview process will be held in 3 rounds 1. Essay writing: They allowed almost every one appeared in this exam so i was asked about "Present education system" and they said to write at least two sides of the paper so I'm done with essay. In this round they allowed every one to go for further rounds so lucky we went for next rounds. 2. Group Discussions and Self Introductions: After so much of waiting in halls we were called for group discussion and they held GD for 40 students at once and the topics is about "Discuss about the education system in india and abroad". It was held for 40 minutes but the thing is that it is not like GD it is like discussing about our own opinions on that topic i said three points and conclusion so luckily 8 students are shortlisted and I'm in that group after that they asked about Ourselves and hobbies so in that 8 members 6 students are selected for next round thank god I'm in. 3. Telephonic Interview: After waiting for a long time They said its getting late so Telephonic interview will be held on upcoming days as they said after 10 days we were called for interview after entering into the panel I was asked about my self intro, hobbies, strengths and weakness.
