I was initially contacted by a recruiter shortly after submitting an application, I was asked about my previous experience and expectations of the role. It was a useful discussion and the recruiting team were very helpful. The recruiter submitted my CV to the managers and an interview was arranged very quickly afterwards. It was a quick process and I was kept well informed throughout. The interview itself was more conversational than Q&A. The interviewers gave a thorough overview of the role and opened up discussion about aspects of the job spec. I wasn't offered a job, but the feedback was useful and I would be encouraged to apply again if a suitable role came up.
