It was easy and thoughtful. Very personable. The recruiter called me and gave me a run down on the position, location, product, etc. Then asked me if I’d like to move forward and set up an interview. The interview it’s self were pretty basic interview / sales questions.

Contacted by recruiter that did an initial phone screen to confirm salary was in range then set up interview with hiring manager. Hiring manager interview was basic and simple questions.

Process was easy, around 3-4 interviews. You spoke with your manager, another manager of a different region and also the regional director. Process lasted about a month. The are also helpful with connecting you with different companies to interview with.
