I was met by a team of four scientists that I would be working closest with, interviewed specific questions by each, and then given a tour of the facilities. After a tour and less formal chat with the supervisor for this position, I met with their HR person for additional interview questions and a breakdown of how the company operates and compensation specifics. Just over two weeks later I was offered a position via phone call and sent a formal job description via email.
