They asked general questions that you find in Youtube videoes like "Tell me about a time..". The interviewer also told me I dont have to answer each and every question as it may not be relevant.

Standard interview questions (past experience, what you're currently up to, availability) and a brief chat to get to know your character. Relaxed environment, one on one chat. They asked me questions based on my CV, e.g. what my previous roles were like and how I think it relates to TK Maxx.

What prior experience have you had that makes you think you're a good fit for this role?
Group interview then individual interview. It was easy. They asked questions and wrote it down on a white board. Individual interview was asked a tough situation ive been in and the solution.

Entrevista
The interview was based on normal questions for a retail position. The manager was lovely and very calming. A great place to work very supported staff and management are great.
