Entrevista
Very easy, straightforward, and quick. Once you fill out an application, you will be directed to an assessment which is a couple of mock phone calls where you have to choose the best answers for the customers issue, and then you have a typing portion to see how accurately and quickly you can type the call notes.
After a couple of days, I received an email that I passed the assessment and got a link for the hirevue portion of the interview. It consisted of 4 questions where you are using your webcam to record your answers to questions(they are the same for all applicants by the way!) and 3 written/MC questions. A background check came after that.
Once that was submitted, I received an email to schedule my final virtual interview a couple of days later. It was a hiring manager at the call center and I was given info about the job and its benefits. I was then asked 5-6 behavioral questions and told I should hear back within a couple of days. I heard back within hours and received an offer to start within 2 weeks!

It’s a grueling process. Do several interviews before you go in for an actual interview. It’s more like a mixer. Meet a variety of people then do a one on one.

The interview went well, but when they asked about my desired length of stay, I explained that I wanted to stay for a considerable time, but still launch or perhaps grow the company. The interviewer then went on a rant about how they thought they would only stay at this job for a short while, and their enthusiasm seemed to wane.

After completing a phone interview there was an in person interview.There were two people doing the interview one person asked the questions the other took notes. It didn't last long and they were very nice.
