Phone interview, and then group interview with about 10 other people. The phone interview lasted about 20 minutes. The representative went over my resume, discussed the role and the salary, and then asked me your standard interview questions. The group interview required you to pick an object and "sell" it to the manager.

The interview process includes a credit check, and they will even look at your history over the past six years. In the first interview, by a recruiting company, they don't check your French.
