Had this interview setup through my LinkedIn network. 1 Faceto Face 2 Telephone 3 Final Interview ( Telephone ) Overall experience not satisfactory Had one face and face and 2 telephonic. All are fine till my last interview since that decided my hiring but I am still confused about the role since they were not defined well.i also never had a telephonic final interview since they are always face to face. All questions were answered and final result was negative and they are going to interview other candidates which I appreciate for giving the feedback but the reason was hilarious. At end of the day I left with lots of ambiguity because I am still unclear why they interviewed me.
