After submitting my application on line I was selected and interviewed by a booked phone call with T's Recruitment Consultant. The interview took at least an hour.The professional recruiter asked me if I had any questions, or clarifications. Due to my asking relevant questions about TD, this recruiter also gave me the opportunity to expand further on my back ground, and clarify one answer.
Interview process took longer than i thought due to internal exchanges. (roughly about three month). Interviewed the first time for a front line role but got declined because they decided not to hire any one due to company internal exchange. But got a call within a month after for another interview for Customer Relation Coordinator position.

What was a time where you went above and beyond for a customer
About half an hour. Had to apply internally online to a branch i did not work at before. I was interviewed by the Manager of Financial Services as well as the Branch manager. They asked about my career goals and why I would like to work in this role. Over all they were nice and wanted to know about my interests and me as an individual .

Entrevista
There was mainly easy behavioural questions asked and discussion of the past work experiences. Also discussed education and future career aspirations. The interview was nice because the interviewer manager made me feel very comfortable. It was an average interview.
