Applied online. Received recruiter response after 4 weeks. 1st round: 1 hour screening with Talent Acquisition Lead. Format included resume walk-through and 1 product related behavioral question. 2nd round: 1hour interview with Hiring Manager- Global Product Management - Data and Devices including behavioral and product development lifecycle questions. With each question, there were 2-3 follow up questions. Focused on P&L and Financial responsibility. Majority of time was focused on questions regarding budgeting, finance, cost - reduction rather than product development, innovation and customer pain points or product life cycle. The impression, I got through the follow-up questions, was there was likely lot of cost-cutting and budgets with holding for several business units, therefore I would not have joined in current scenario. After 2nd round, I followed up twice but the recruiter went into ghosting mode. Did not hear back. Very negative and disappointing experience.
