Entrevista
It was a very long process. I did an hour long phone interview, an inperson interview with the Director of operations and another half day shadow interview. It was quite intimidating because the Director would try to scare you and show you the "realness" and failure you'd face in the job. They asked a lot of personal questions I didn't expect. Overall, it wasn't too bad but expect them to really grill you about your upbringing.

It consists of 3 stages, 1st is a screening interview, 2nd is with 3 managers from a panel, and 3rd is a half day, then offer!
Just make sure to have experience with a commission based job as it shows you worked under a KPI before

It was challenging but both recruiters were supportive and kind. They really listened to your answers and ask more questions out of your answers. It seems like they want to hire people out of they personalities not experience.
