One on one interview with person from upper management. Very friendly. Interview lasted about 30-40 minutes and was followed up with afterwards with a phone call. Multiple get to know you questions and tell me about yourself

Are you okay with cold calls? How well do you take rejection. Basically saying the job requires many calls per day.

Met with HR once and then proceeded with actual interview with 2 people. Overall good vibes with one but the other lady was very cold. They were late as well.

4 rounds, all done within 1 week. First round call, second round with HR, third round with seniors, potentially your team lead, fourth round either leadership. They are all nice and easy going
