The initial interview is about your life and to see if you can hold a conversation. IT should last for about an hour. Then there is a second one which is a half day shadow and understand what your day to day role will be.

4 rounds, all done within 1 week. First round call, second round with HR, third round with seniors, potentially your team lead, fourth round either leadership. They are all nice and easy going
