Entrevista
Excellent interview process, everything went smoothly and communication was consistent throughout the whole time. You first have a short phone screen, then you have an interview with a more senior person from the team, and then the final stage is an interview with the team leader and the branch director. A lot of the same questions were asked over and over again, but they just want to see that you are really motivated about the role and you are looking for a place to build your career.

It consists of 3 stages, 1st is a screening interview, 2nd is with 3 managers from a panel, and 3rd is a half day, then offer!
Just make sure to have experience with a commission based job as it shows you worked under a KPI before

It was challenging but both recruiters were supportive and kind. They really listened to your answers and ask more questions out of your answers. It seems like they want to hire people out of they personalities not experience.
