The initial recruiter explains everything well, and really makes it a point to help you along with your in person interview and feel comfortable. I had an initial phone call reviewing the position, a phone interview, and an in person interview. I was offered the position the next day after the in person interview. I also really like how you job shadow for a bit to make sure it's a good fit for you.

Entrevista
The interview was very straight forward, starting with a phone call with the recruiter to discuss the role. After that, an in-person interview was scheduled. Approximately one hour discussing previous experience, as well as further outlining the role. The interviewers utilized the STAR method of interviewing.

Entrevista
This was back in 2021 but it was Two intiviews. An intitial Phone screening and virtual interview with two managers. I was nervous but the question were simple. Asked about school and excel skills.
They ask you a lot of behavioral questions to see if you're a good fit, and some minor excel questions. Overall, they seem to be checking more about culture fit as opposed to technical knowledge.
