The application process include initial interview, two writing assessment, and final interview. I didn't make it to the final interview but the initial interview and writing assessment was okay. You just need to be fully prepared for the questions and exam.

Initial Interview, Essay Assessment, Final Interview, CSR Exam, last is JO. Both interviews are easy just prepare beforehand. Questions are basic to mid-level difficulty. In the essay assessment, you may or may not take time for this as you are tasked to write 300 words in 20 minutes.
