3 round consecutive interview process. 1st interviewer was very friendly and casual and transparent about company bottle necks and where the role really need to step in and help. 2nd interviewer was more process and procedure oriented. Summarized the business in its current state. 3rd interviewer was not very productive nor friendly. Continued to ask theoretical questions in complicated, round-about verbiage. Seemed to be baiting for "gotcha" moments which signaled a potential toxic working partnership.
