The recruitment team calls for initial screening. Once they shortlist the candidate, a technical round is scheduled. The Technical round was conducted by 2 Lead software engineers. After qualifying the round, comes the last round where a manager from the US ask Managarial questions. Once candidate clears this, the offer is released.

Basic questions in accordance to job profile and core java, sql, excel. It was a 2 days process at Kolkata office. There were 3 rounds, excel test, 1:1 technical and Hr. Interview was easy.
