Found an ad on LinkedIn, workday application with mandatory motivation letter. Quite a lot of repetition from the CV though, as there seemed to be a disconnect between the LinkedIn system & workday.

One interview about general motivation and capabilities. Have been asked about previous relevant experiences and discussed what would be the main responsibilities. Not really technical but rather emphasis on attitude and competences.
