1-2-1 with the team manager with a basic IT skills test to test your technical knowledge & suitability for the role. Fairly personable guy but did get an uneasy feeling from the manager re: some comments from him (can't remember exactly what as it was so many years ago) about which in hindsight was an initial red flag & warning about the company & its atmosphere. Wish I'd listened to my gut but passed it off as the manager having a stressful day - hindsight's a wonderful thing right!
