Very friendly and bubbly. Wasn't strict and boring. We even shared a few jokes. Very clear about the job, and training. Answered any and all questions and was very open with answers. Explained benefits, Dress code, cross training and how it works, additional positions available to work, and vacation days. Explained willingness to train where ever else you want to learn, once you master your original department.
