Unfortunately the process has been one of the most difficult recruitment experiences I have ever seen. I was reached our to by a TJX recruiter directly in regards to a position that they wanted me to apply for. Throughout this 3 month process, I have interviewed with nine different TJX employees (including some multiple times) for four different distribution positions. After the fourth position, I have finally given up. TJX really needs to work on their processes to create a smoother, more streamlined process for applicants and hold their teams more accountable while ensuring a higher standard of professionalism.
