after rounds of interviews and cv updates, they just disappeared. I sometimes wonder, what is the gain of not even giving feedback to the interviewee. and at the same time it makes me think, if I took the time to talk and do these interviews, please take even 15' to send a rejection email. it just makes me see your unprofessionalism, even if you have sold me your company as something great.
