Low key and pleasant discussion around the position and my fit for the profile. All interviewers seemed enthusiastic about the company. Clear and structured feedback after the interview and next steps were clearly and quickly communicated. One step in the hiring process was to complete a personality test online. I was treated with a lot of respect and the interviewers listened carefully, letting me develop my answers and reasoning instead of asking too many questions. There was a lot of focus on my existing compensation and benefits, which I thought was a bit strange.
