One of the worst interview process. HR emails me after almost a week and emails to make a phone interview schedule. I gave my reply as soon as possible, then I never heard back. The week after, I receive a text message being asked when I can be interviewed again. She ask to call around 8:00 that night(She called around 8:30). During the call, she asked questions about my background and then goes on to ask my language proficiency and moves to mandarin was a pre requisite for the job and tells me she can’t give my resume to the hiring manager as I can’t speak it even though the language wasn’t specified in the job specification. What a joke.

It was done through teams video call. Very quick (15 mins or so). Throughout the interview, they mainly wanted to see my interest in the compliance industry. Overall a very pleasant interview.
