I had read some negative things online prior to attending the interview and wish I would have taken them more seriously. The owner (Maria) conducted the interview and she was not only unprofessional, but borderline neurotic. She asked multiple inappropriate questions in regards to family and personal life, making it very clear she doesn’t approve of her current agent’s new focus on family life. The majority of the interview she spent rambling about stories that were unrelated to the position whatsoever. There was a point in the interview where I just wanted to walk out, she was that scattered and unprofessional.
