Made online application and within 2 weeks received a Skype interview. This is 2 hrs process asked general questions about current and past work and some technical questions. But based on interaction, found out that they already have someone already in mind for this position and doing this for the sake of a neutral process. Nevertheless, on the same day after the interview, I got a call and informed me that I am not being selected. The reason for not selecting is weird and not satisfying. Nevertheless that is their right to select a person.
