Intense screening process: Time consuming, demanding and somewhat demoralizing. Assignment was moderately challenging, which had to be completed to gain an initial interview, but the follow up questions related to the assignment seemed to carry more weight than the assignment. Very cold, cryptic, analytic phone interview, and frankly rude. I was cut off mid sentence explaining highly relevant job experience, and the sound of typing throughout was quite distracting. Email correspondence was cordial however (but that was with a different person). There were also some major discrepancies between the official job description and what was imparted to me over the phone. This review only covers Stage 1 and Stage 2. I didn't make it to Stage 3.
