First you'll undergo to assessment this assessment questions are a great start to understanding how your future agent will perform in real-life scenarios. If you passed the assessment you'll undergo to final interview they'll ask you set of questions and you need to answer it straight English. If you passed the final interview they'll call you for account validation this process is needed for them to know if you're qualified. If you passed the mock call then they'll give you schedule for your job offer and medical.

I completed the initial screening process and an aptitude test. I was informed that I had passed the test, but I did not receive any further communication regarding the next steps in the recruitment process.

The interview was held in two rounda, one was Hr and and another was Manager Round.The Hr round was very Basic but the Manager round was a good one, they checked communication skills through this rounda, then we had basic tests like typing speed test and some English grammaticall tests.
I filled out a job application. I answered assessments. I got a zoom link in email to go to meeting. I got the run around arounds. It is a waste of my time.
