Once you apply for the job, you receive a link with an assessment test which they tell you lasts about 60min. Almost 3h later (without delays) the test was not completed. In addition, even though I applied for an English speaking job, a big part of the assessment was in Spanish... Out of the sudden they tell you that there will be some interview questions and you will be required to open your camera and record your self. I found this very upsetting as there was no prior information that there is going to be an interview...

I completed the initial screening process and an aptitude test. I was informed that I had passed the test, but I did not receive any further communication regarding the next steps in the recruitment process.

The interview was held in two rounda, one was Hr and and another was Manager Round.The Hr round was very Basic but the Manager round was a good one, they checked communication skills through this rounda, then we had basic tests like typing speed test and some English grammaticall tests.
I filled out a job application. I answered assessments. I got a zoom link in email to go to meeting. I got the run around arounds. It is a waste of my time.
