It was behavior based questions and it asked a lot of my past professions and jobs that I can do. It is manufacture based, but it also requires a lot of travelling.

2 Interviews, 1 online, 1 in-person. The first included IQ style testing, general interview testing and a deep dive into physics and chemistry knowledge regarding lasers and material science. The second had even more of the latter 2 styles and included a tour of the facilities.
