Easy. Group of 30 employees, quick to hire anyone & everyone. There was never actually a REAL interview; they just hired around ~32 individuals and immediately started training for all of us. After working there for an extended period of time, they absolutely do NOT care who they hire as long as they have enough "bodies" to fill seats.
