It was a really fast interview, canned questions. They hired me right on the spot. First you listen to a recorded call and screen to see how the advocates job is like. Then you sit down with HR for a 15 minute interview. Most that are interview will get hired if they can pass the drug test.

The interview is about 45mins to 1 hour. You answer about 30 questions and you get a mouth swab. They asked if I could handle a fast pace inviroment
