This was followed by a call with the hiring manager and an engineering manager from the team, which also went smoothly. The next stage was an on-site technical interview with two engineers from the TV4 office. This round went well; the interviewers were supportive, gave ample time to explain solutions, and asked relevant follow-up questions. After that, I had a final team round, which also felt positive. However, after this stage, communication stopped unexpectedly and I did not receive any final feedback or outcome. I followed up twice with the hiring manager but did not receive any response. After the silence, I also contacted the recruiter, but still did not get any clear closure or feedback. I was expecting a more professional way to conclude the process. The recruiter was part of the process, but there appeared to be limited visibility into the final decision-making stage.
