My own interview process was fairly comfortable, I met with the Marketing Manager at that time first, and then TaF.tc's CEO in my second interview. Both interviews went well and focused on my personal characteristics, areas of improvement, my goals and vision for myself, some hypothetical scenarios, and what sort of company culture I was looking for. They also tested my basic digital marketing skills - I didn't have any experience in it, but they tested my ability to think up creative and viable solutions on the spot, my ability to analyse a situation and respond well etc. They didn't do it for me, but I know that now they also give interviewees take-home case studies to try out, so it's become a little more difficult.
