The interview process was fairly streamlined. I first met with a recruiter over the phone and was then passed along for an interview with the hiring manager and the head of compliance. After that I was sent a take-home assessment. I appreciated the hiring manager and head of compliance interviews being consolidated into one 45-minute interview.
