Process consisted from few steps: 1. Interview with recruiter 2. Interview with designer 3. Whiteboard challenge 4. Interview with CEO Pros: quite friendly talent acquisition team and designer. Conversation was pleasant and I enjoyed of the communication level during the process. Cons: After whiteboard challenge I waited for the respond longer than it was promised. Around week of additional waiting that was quite nervous. I found it quite funny that company that developing hiring process attitude has it own weak hiring process
