We work on continuous improvements in all our processes and we take our employees and potential employees as the highest value of our company. We do provide results to all interview participants. I guess in this case the problem was just a delay in providing decision about making the job offer. Such decisions are based on many factors and often we are restricted by external things like customer's long lasting decision about starting or not starting new projects.
