I learned of the open position and submitted my resume online. I was called in for a panel interview and was made an offer within a week. The offer was accepted and work started shortly thereafter.

Technical questions were asked about the requirements for this position which included knowledge of the telecom industry, billing systems, conflict resolution and contract knowledge.
