Entrevista
The interview was very basic. It consisted of multiple questions asking how I would respond to certain situations using my life experience. I was interviewed back to back by 2 different store employees, one of them being a manager. I was hired on the spot and immediately notified of when I would start working.

Pretty easy. It was for a season position for the fall months (October, November, December) so they needed people. Ended up becoming a part time position and I worked there for about six years.

Easy did first step now doing 2nd interview tomorrow the interviewer was straight forward with her questions and got to the point with the job description i hope i do get the job after the 2nd one on one with management the whole team was very nice and chill everyone working there seemed to enjoy working at target

Entrevista
Sat down and had a quick conversation with the person interviewing me. We went through the usual question/answer process, got a quick overview of the position that I was applying for, then shook my hand and showed me to the door.
