Applied online through their website because they were hiring for the holidays. Received a telephone call to come in for a interview. I was interviewed by the person over backroom/stock department. He asked about my past experience and read from a sheet of paper about 3-5 behavioral questions. They want people who have open schedules, especially during the holidays. I was offered job pending background check.

I met with two different team leaders who asked me some basic and situational questions. They were very adamant about making sure I was okay with coming in early (anywhere from 6-8 AM) and that I wouldn't be calling in sick a lot.
